Founded in 2007 as Parker Baker Properties Limited, they started out purely as a letting agency. But the time soon came for expansion so they bought out Simpson Evans’ lettings department and took over the office in Walter Road, Swansea. From there they covered all of Swansea County, as well as the nearby Neath and Port Talbot areas.
